Contents panels
To browse the structures within their systemic folders, click the arrow to the left of the system title. Structures within the Contents panel are sub-divided into anatomically relevant folders, each of which can be opened or closed with one simple click.

Selecting structures in the panel
Clicking on a structure in the Contents panel will highlight it in the viewpane – if the structure is hidden, it will be turned on.
The camera position will also update to give the best view of that structure. If you do not wish the camera to update, you can turn off 'Home on Select' in the Settings panel.
To deselect the highlighted structure, click on it again.
Tip
In Multi-select mode you can select and highlight more than one structure at a time.
Show or Hide structures
Clicking on the circle next to an individual structure will Show or Hide that structure.
= structure is Hidden
= structure is Shown
Tip
Clicking on a circle will Show a structure, but will not highlight it. To highlight a structure, click on its name.
Show or Hide groups of structures
You can Show or Hide the entire contents of a folder by clicking on the circle to the left of the folder title. For example, selecting the circle next to ‘Brain’ will turn on all the structures within the brain folder. Likewise, selecting the circle again will remove them.

= all structures in the folder are Shown
If some of the structures in a folder are Hidden the circle appears gray. Clicking on a gray circle will Show the entire contents of its folder.

Tip
In Multi-select mode, clicking once on an open folder will highlight its entire contents.
Contents layers
At the top of the contents panel are five thumbnails that split the contents into five layers, from deep to superficial. These controls allow you to easily build up or remove layers of anatomy, regardless of your level of anatomical knowledge.
Tip
The layers in the Contents panel are different from the layers in the Gallery panel in that they consist of only one tissue type, eg 'Ligaments' or 'Muscles'
